Is Fildena 100 mg what a US pharmacy fills?

No. A US window does not hand you a Fildena 100 mg carton. Listed sildenafil NDCs are what the peg holds. The script should name sildenafil and a milligram, not a Fortune brand the wholesaler never bought. A missing carton name does not prove the milligram is fake. It proves the fill will follow DailyMed rows for Viagra or generic sildenafil. Start at the Fildena 100 mg vault if the photo in your hand still says Fildena.

01Will a US window hand you a Fildena carton?

Forest-green still life: foreign carton, US NDC space blank

Almost never. Wholesalers stock Viagra leftovers and generic sildenafil tablets. Fortune art is an import listing, not a bottle on the shelf.

If you say the carton name at the counter, expect a pause. The useful next sentence is the INN and the milligram on the written line. The INN probe names that salt.

02Who writes the fill when 100 mg is actually wanted?

The prescriber who already knows the man's response at a lower milligram, or who has a reason to start at the ceiling. Export art that prints 100 first is not that reason.

03How do DailyMed rows treat Viagra and generic sildenafil?

Both files list sildenafil citrate tablets. Both carry the nitrate wall, the once-a-day cap, and the 30-minute to 4-hour swallow window. Neither file lists Fildena as a US brand.

That is why this probe will not invent an ANDA number for the carton. If a shop invents one, treat it as shop copy, not a DailyMed row.

04Does a missing Fildena NDC mean the milligram is fake?

No. It means the carton name is not in the US catalog the window uses. Authenticity is a different problem. Grey-market strips can still print 100 mg and hold something else.

Photograph the INN line before you swallow an import unit. The strength-strip pulse is the short read on that photo.

05What happens if you search the carton name at the counter?

The computer will not find a Fildena NDC to bill. The pharmacist will ask what INN the prescriber wrote. That conversation is the fill. It is not a refusal of sildenafil.

Bring the written line, not a screenshot of an export banner. The US fill probe walks the clinic step.

06What does a US script usually name instead?

Sildenafil, then 25 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg. Some scripts still say Viagra. Either way the NDC the pharmacist bills is a listed US product, not Fildena.

One hundred milligrams is a legal US strength. It is also the labelled maximum for most men. Many first fills sit at 50 mg. The sildenafil 25-50 mg vault keeps that start.

Vault consult

Answers follow the U.S. Viagra (sildenafil) label for the INN; Fildena is an export carton name.

Keiko N. Can my US pharmacy order Fildena 100 mg if I ask?

Vault reply

They can order listed sildenafil. They will not pull a Fortune carton off a US peg. Name the INN and the milligram on the script.

Omar F. The box in the photo has no NDC. Safe to swallow?

Vault reply

A missing US NDC is expected on an import carton. It does not prove the tablet is sildenafil. Read the INN line. If it is blank, walk away.

Lina G. Should I write Fildena on the prescription request?

Vault reply

Write sildenafil and the milligram the clinician chose. The window bills a listed NDC. See the US fill probe.
