01Plan 25-60 minutes, not a 15-minute party story
Median Tmax after 20 mg fasted sits near 60 minutes. Usual start is 10 mg. Age 65 and older often start at 5 mg. 2.5 mg belongs to ritonavir and other strong CYP3A4 caps.
High-fat meals cut Cmax 18 to 50 percent. Screen QT first. Then time the hour.
A heavy plate. A late bottle. A second PDE5 leftover from Friday tadalafil. Those are not PK trivia. They are why 'generic failed in 15 minutes' reviews get written.
Arousal is still required. Plasma is not rigidity.
03Shorter tail than tadalafil 10 mg
Tadalafil 10 mg peaks nearer two hours and then keeps a 36-hour counselling window. Vardenafil's working band is shorter. Do not stack Sunday vardenafil on leftover tadalafil.
04What the stopwatch cannot skip
It cannot skip the QT list. It cannot skip nitrates. It cannot skip the 10 mg start for most men.
Vardenafil peak plasma occurs about one hour after dosing. This note is a stopwatch, after the QT screen. This site does not fill the ceiling carton.
