01If the site has a US phone number, is that enough?
A US phone number is one of the four checks. It does not replace a written order, a US address, a pharmacist, or a state-board listing. Spam mailers that only offer a number fail the rest of the list.
UK pharmacy sildenafil stories do not pass a US vardenafil cart. The not-OTC probe holds that mix-up.
02Where does FDA want a bad shop reported?
Websites that appear to be illegally selling medicine can be reported through FDA's unlawful-sales page. Unexpected or serious side effects from a received tablet go to MedWatch.
Suspected criminal activity can go to FDA's Office of Criminal Investigation. This inbox ([email protected]) is for source corrections on these pages, not for taking a shop report.
03What are the four BeSafeRx checks?
Requires a doctor's prescription. Posts a physical address and telephone number in the United States. Has a licensed pharmacist on staff. Holds a state board of pharmacy license you can look up.
A listing in the locator still needs the other three checks. FDA says that in the same breath as the click-your-state tool.
04If the shop passes BeSafeRx, is 20 mg automatic?
A licensed shop still fills a written line. The labelled usual start is 10 mg. Twenty milligrams is the ceiling. Nitrates, the QT avoid list, and CYP caps still belong to the clinician.
The US-line probe is how the order gets written. This probe is only how to check the shop.
05Which cart signs fail the list on sight?
No prescription required. No pharmacist. No US address. Not licensed by the state board. Prices too good to be true. Medicine that looks different, is expired, damaged, or has no expiration date.
FDA also warns that illegal sites can add credit-card fraud, identity theft, and malware to a bad tablet. That is an agency warning, not this site's scare line.
06How do you look the license up?
FDA's 'Locate a State-Licensed Online Pharmacy' tool links each state's board-of-pharmacy database. If the shop is not listed, do not use it.
If it is listed, still confirm the prescription requirement, the US address and phone, and the pharmacist. A license row without those three is not the full BeSafeRx pass.
