01Why the course is five swallows
Dosage and Administration opens with 50 mg daily (1 tablet) for 5 days. That is the unit of a course. Ovulation, if it comes, is looked for after that unit ends.
A thirty-tablet carton can hold several courses. It does not turn one course into thirty mornings. See clomiphene 50 mg.
02Why stretching past five days is not the labelled step
If 50 mg for five days does not ovulate, the labelled increase is 100 mg for five days, not 50 mg for eight. Duration past five days at a higher home total is not recommended.
Visual-symptom risk rises with duration. So does the OHSS watch in sensitive patients.
03When a second 5-day course can start
A second course may start as early as 30 days after the first, after pregnancy is excluded and the ovaries have been checked. It is another five-day block, not a continuous bottle.
Between blocks, enlargement and cysts have to be gone. The repeat-cycle probe holds the three-course and six-cycle ceilings.
04How the pulse treats named days, not this count
The cycle-timing pulse places day 5 versus day 3. This probe only counts how many swallows sit in one course: five.
Vision changes on day 2 or day 5 still stop the remaining tablets. The vision-flag pulse is that stop.
05How 50 mg daily is one tablet
The first course is one 50 mg tablet a day. Do not add a second 50 mg the same day to hurry a follicle. Hot flushes are not a cue to stack.
The strength lock explains when two tablets mean a written 100 mg day, not a same-day catch-up.
06What a leftover strip is not
Tablets left after a five-day map are not 'insurance days' and not a partner plan. Lock them up. The male off-label probe will not coach leftover use.
If menses does not follow an ovulatory response, reevaluate. Do not start leftover 50 mg because the calendar app is empty.
