01What documented interactions are listed
Drug interactions with Clomid have not been documented. That sentence is not a free pass to stack unknown powders. It means the file does not name a meal or a companion drug the way some labels do.
Alcohol is the alcohol probe. This page stays on food.
02Why food does not replace cycle monitoring
A careful meal does not replace the pelvic exam before the next course. It does not replace a pregnancy test. Open clomiphene 50 mg for the course identity.
Calendar placement stays on the cycle-timing pulse. Eat or skip breakfast as you like; still swallow the written 50 mg on the written day.
03What the insert says about meals
There is no Dosage sentence that pairs 50 mg with breakfast or with an empty stomach. Absorption studies with 14C-labeled clomiphene showed the drug is readily absorbed by mouth and leaves mainly in the feces.
About 50% of an oral radiolabel dose showed up in urine plus feces by day 5 (about 8% urine, 42% feces). Some label was still in feces at 6 weeks. That is excretion, not a fat-delay rule.
04How a same-hour swallow helps a 5-day run
Picking one hour for all five mornings (or all five evenings) makes a missed day obvious. The insert does not require that hour. It does require five days at the written milligram.
If a swallow is skipped, do not invent a food trick to 'catch up.' The missed-tablet probe is that job.
05Why no fat-delay paragraph sits here
Clomiphene is not a PDE5 tablet with a high-fat Tmax shift on the file. Do not import a dinner warning from another class.
Nausea and vomiting showed in 2.2% of trial patients. That rate is a labelled effect. It is not proof you took the tablet with the wrong plate.
06When nausea is a labelled effect, not a food proof
Abdominal-pelvic discomfort, distention, or bloating sat at 5.5% in the trial table. Nausea sat at 2.2%. Pain plus rapid weight gain is OHSS language, not a heavy lunch.
Call for pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and weight gain. Do not wait to see if a cracker settles an enlarging ovary. The OHSS page lists the early signs.
