01How BeSafeRx wants you to check a shop
BeSafeRx is FDA's campaign for buying prescription medicine online. It is not a coupon. It is a license-and-script check.
Open the locator on FDA.gov, click the state, and look for the pharmacy name. If it is missing, do not use that shop.
02What a real US pharmacy still requires
A prescription that names sildenafil 25 mg or 50 mg. A US street address and phone. A pharmacist who can answer a nitrate or ritonavir question.
Getting a US fill is how that line is written. This page is how you test the URL.
03How a state board lookup works
Each state board of pharmacy keeps a license database. BeSafeRx links those lookups. A pharmacy should be licensed where it operates and, if different, where you live.
A listing is not the only check. Still confirm the script, the US address, and the pharmacist.
04What a US address and pharmacist add
A PO box and a chat bot are not a pharmacist. A licensed person can refuse a fill when isosorbide is on the list. That refusal is the point.
Nitrates stay contraindicated. Interval not determined is that wall.
05When MedWatch or FDA reporting is the next step
Unexpected harm from a tablet goes to MedWatch. Websites that appear to sell medicine illegally can be reported to FDA as unlawful sales.
After a licensed fill exists, read the sildenafil 25-50 mg vault. This probe stops at the cart check.
06Why a no-prescription cart is a stop
Shops that advertise 50 mg without a clinician are the first BeSafeRx warning sign. Deep discounts with no questions are the second. Foreign-language packs with no expiry are the third.
US 25-50 mg stays prescription-only. A UK Connect photo does not clear a US cart.
